West Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) — In a shocking case out of West Fargo, David Valentin of Florida is facing a trio of felony charges, including robbery, terrorizing, and theft of property, along with multiple misdemeanors, according to court documents.
The disturbing series of events began when Valentin connected with a male victim through the Grinder app. The pair met at the Bison Inn, where they reportedly spent several hours together engaging in sex and drug use. Afterward, they returned to the victim’s residence in West Fargo, where the situation took a terrifying turn.
According to authorities, Valentin allegedly brandished a .22 caliber pistol, threatened the victim, and robbed him of approximately $400. In a further escalation, Valentin is also accused of stealing the victim’s van and fleeing the scene.
Valentin now faces serious charges in North Dakota courts, and law enforcement is urging the public to remain cautious with online meetups.
