Wayne (Bob) was born, Aug. 1, 1939 in Brockton Massachusetts, the first born to Lois Hutchins Lockhart and Eldon Lockhart. Wayne died October 4, 2024 in Napa California at the age of 85.
Bob was known for his TV and radio on air presence in Grand Forks, and Fargo ND.
He is survived by wife Joan (Kieffer), sons Christopher and Michael of North Dakota, daughter Katie, and son Robert (Angela) of Napa Ca., and 3 grandchildren Joaquin 14, Benicio 12, and Amaya 10, who brought him great joy and pride. He is also survived by sisters Valerie and Cheryl, brothers Bill and Mark, and many nieces and nephews across the country.

A Celebration of his Life with memorial Mass, will be held at St. Apollinaris Catholic Church, Napa, on January 18, 2025.
