well for those of you sick of winter here’s the latest bad news from the National Weather Service in Grand Forks just before 5 a.m on this Sunday a powerful winter storm is on the way I will impact the area Tuesday and when and Wednesday winter storm watch goes into effect Tuesday morning and continues through Wednesday night here’s what’s known so far powerful late season winter storm will impact portions of eastern North Dakota into Northwest and West Central Minnesota Tuesday and Wednesday many things are still uncertain the northern extent of severe impact severity of impacts and timing and duration however this could be the most impactful winter storm of the Season according to the Weather Service long duration blizzard conditions 18 or more hours significant and widespread snow drifts dangerous to Impossible driving conditions widespread and long durational road closures considerable disruption to daily life snow load concerns and a long recovery time so as you can see from The graft here graph here potential for 12 or more inches of snow snowfall and the percentage of that happening uh Grand Forks 85 percent uh 87 down in Fargo so get ready for that uh possible major winter storm arriving on this Tuesday welcome to Spring I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
