  1. Covering his head and not fighting back. Why didn't they cuff him? No audio so he could have been verbally threatening them. Still does not appear they should have kept pummeling the guy. I wasn't there and a lot can be interpreted from a video like this. But to me it looks just wrong.

  2. “Suspended” WITH PAY?!? That’s problem #1 with United States “police” 💯💯💯 its obviously why this stuff happens and why these tyrants don’t feel the need to THINK. Sue them personally oh wait you can’t because they were on the clock as “police”👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  3. The problem is what the police are doing is believe or not police procedure. They are allowed to do it so they do it willfully. That is where the problem is. Naturally when your getting your head pummeled your going to try and defend yourself so that’s when you get a resisting charge.
Say this guy is a very bad guy and has a rap sheet a mile long . You just made this bad guy this criminal a millionaire overnight and that’s a bigger crime because the public will have to pay this criminal. Arkansas police probably are the worst force in the country.

  4. As long as "Qualified immunity " is in place, nothing will change.
Make these officers carry a personal liability insurance for terms of employment, and 90% of this will dissappear.
    1 man's opinion.

  5. It’s Arkansas, the investigation will come back as officers did nothing wrong and be back on the job.
Just another reason why no really cares when an officers is killed.
