- Grand Forks County deputies arrived at 501 North 12th Street at 1:30 PM to serve a warrant for Lund’s arrest.
- Lund refused to come out despite multiple attempts at communication.
- Grand Forks police officers assisted as deputies continued negotiations for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Surrender as SWAT Arrives
- Just as SWAT was arriving, Lund walked out of the residence without incident.
- Authorities confirmed that the residence was not his home, but he had been staying there.
