The call came from a home on the 8000 block of Templer Point Drive NW in Walker.

The complaint says deputies arrived and saw two males fighting on the ground.

They were separated, and Jackson was identified at the scene.

Deputies reported Jackson appeared intoxicated and resisted being restrained.

The filing says deputies escorted him to the ground during the arrest effort.

A preliminary breath test later showed a .255 blood alcohol concentration, according to the complaint.

What the Victim Reported

The alleged victim is a family member of Jackson. The victim was not named in the complaint.

The victim told deputies he was sleeping before he was awakened.

He said Jackson grabbed his arm and struck him in the face.

The victim believed Jackson was upset about an earlier verbal argument.

The victim said Jackson put him in a chokehold from behind.

He reported he could not breathe and then lost consciousness.
