MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) We’re learning more about the victim and suspect in a recent murder in Moorhead, Minnesota. Both the murder victim, Terry Klevgaard and the suspect, Robert Icanberry have violence in their criminal records.
as we reported earlier this week Robert eichenberry of Moorhead was arrested in California he’s a suspect in the murder of 60-year-old Terry klevguard at this Moorhead apartment building authorities say klevguard died of multiple sharp force injuries now we don’t have formal charges yet so no details of what led up to this stabbing but we do know clefguard has a long criminal history including violence here’s my report on him from May of 2020 while he was living in Crookston Terry dean klevguard of Crookston has been charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct with the victim mentally incapacitated or physically helpless according to court documents the male victim stated to police at an emergency room he was drinking at Club guard’s apartment Club guard was mixing hot toddy drinks of coffee and Brandy and he also saw him pouring Robitussin into the drinks the victim stated he went to sleep and woke up with cliffguard trying to get him to perform oral sex the victim says he pushed Club guard away and told him to stop and cliffguard said I thought you were like that the victim replied I am not the victim also stated he wasn’t sure if cliffguard had performed another sexual act on him clefguard was already on probation and wasn’t supposed to have alcohol a search of his apartment allegedly found it and he tested at .245 three times the legal limit a partial list of clefguard’s criminal history include includes convictions for stocking burglary terrorizing and assault and the suspect in clefguard’s murder Robert eichenberry of Moorhead was already facing an aggravated assault charge in Fargo with a dangerous weapon from March of 2022. more details on all this when formal charges are filed I’m the old Carlson reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
