Violent Assault and Robbery in Fargo: Man Faces Serious Charges

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Ahmed Hassan of Fargo is facing serious charges of robbery and aggravated assault. According to court documents, the incident occurred on June 16th at 4:57 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Maine Avenue in Fargo in response to an ongoing assault. The male victim reported that Hassan approached him asking for a layer to cover up with. When the victim refused, Hassan allegedly assaulted him with a chain wrapped around his knuckles, inflicting injuries to the victim’s face, mouth, and eyes. Hassan then stole the victim’s cane and walked away. Police apprehended Hassan a few blocks away, and he is now charged with the felonies.
