FERGUS FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On January 5, 2025, law enforcement in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, arrested Kerri Lee Johnson of Valley City, North Dakota, on serious drug-related charges. According to court documents, Johnson reported to police that her friend had committed suicide behind a residence near the river. Upon investigation, authorities found no evidence supporting her claim and noted that Johnson exhibited signs consistent with stimulant use.
These observations prompted a search of Johnson’s vehicle, leading to the discovery of 151 grams of methamphetamine, along with packaging materials, a digital scale, and other drug paraphernalia. Consequently, Johnson has been charged with first-degree felonies for the sale and possession of methamphetamine. Each charge carries a maximum sentence of 30 years imprisonment under Minnesota law.
