Valley City, ND: Elderly Driver Arrested Following Collision with Two Bicyclists

VALLEY CITY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The Highway Patrol says and elderly driver was arrested after striking 2 bicyclists near Valley City, North Dakota Tuesday afternoon.
the North Dakota Highway Patrol says 88 year old Peter shuck of Sanborn North Dakota is facing criminal charges after striking two bicyclists here on a highway uh two miles west of Valley City while just crossing the railroad bridge the patrol says at 2 15 PM Tuesday 15 bikers with the Texas 4 000 a cancer fundraiser we’re riding their bikes westbound here crossing the railroad overpass Bridge the group of bikers were riding single file in groups of five the Saturn driven by Peter schuck was also driving Westbound and had passed the second and third groups of riders Chuck approached the first group striking two of the bikers uh 22 year old Felicity hang of Frisco Texas and a 20 year old Nara akula of savolo Texas were both injured treated at the scene and taken to the Valley City hospital for further treatment left the scene of the accident and was arrested later cited for a misdemeanor offense of leaving the scene of an injury crash it remains under investigation I’m the old Carlson reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

  1. Probably should’ve been hugging the line, my condolences to the family’s, let this be a PSA for cyclists that ride in the middle of the road (though this may not have been the case…this time)
