Valley City Man Faces Life-Threatening Injuries After Motorcycle Accident

VALLEY CITY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Valley City man, aged 45, sustained life-threatening injuries in a motorcycle accident just north of the town around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the man, whose name was not disclosed, was heading southbound towards Valley City when he lost control of his 1980 Harley-Davidson, veered off the road, and entered a ditch. Not wearing a helmet, he suffered serious injuries. Barnes County ambulance provided on-scene treatment before he was taken to Mercy Hospital in Valley City and later airlifted to Sanford in Fargo. The man remains under Sanford’s care while facing a DUI charge. The crash is currently under investigation.
