the old Carlson here are some breaking news out of uh Polk County we’ve got a tornado on the ground this is a 4 51 p.m some five miles south of Crookston we’ll zoom in here and get you a better shot hard to see there a little bit but it has touched down if you look to the left of the uh Dark Cloud hanging down you’ll see a tornado on the ground right there now in the middle of your frame there we go it looks like it’s out in an open field quite a ways back about a mile at least from it right now but a tornado on the ground at 4 51. uh here on this Saturday look behind at that dark cloud it almost looks like another one’s going to start there but you can see the uh bit of a small debris field clicking up just almost like a funnel cloud just about it has touched down then it kind of goes up a bit foreign this is about five miles south of Crookston about a mile and a half west of Highway nine not seeing any big debris field like it’s hitting anything so apparently out in the field here south kind of pulled back up we also just heard tornado warnings went on the ground for south of Bijou and Sirens were going off in Winger in the Erskine area and a possible touchdown over by Fosston haven’t heard of any uh damage yet this appears to have pulled back up dissipated for now but again a tornado watch for most of uh Northwest Minnesota so be on the lookout there you see it pulling back up and the cloud there it is off the ground again so we’ll keep you updated in Polk County I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

  1. This announcer needs to watch more tornado videos. This video showed two tornadoes from the start. A class long tornado (almost a rope) and a classic low tornado, almost a wedge tornado. This simultaneous two tornadoes is not that rare. Often one is a wedge and the other a rope.
