so in breaking news out of Halstead Minnesota on this Sunday afternoon we have a report of a beat truck tipping at least on its side on Highway 200 just west of that town here’s the emergency call just before 2 P.M ambulance please respond to Highway 200 to 3 miles west of Halstead on Highway 200 it’d be mile marker 4 12.
