we have an update to this shelter in place alert in fargo here’s a photo from an inews viewer this is on 13th avenue near applebee’s uh viewer says just before seven here there was a loud bang in flash and uh police were trying to get apparently two uh people out of to come out of a vehicle uh parked back there uh not a real clear shot here uh but again uh this is on 13th avenue in fargo uh near applebee’s fargo police earlier had issued a shelter and place warning down on page avenue then it moved up here off of 13th avenue south just before seven it sounds like a flashbang grenade was fired at the vehicle and they were trying to get what the viewer thought were two suspects to come out of the vehicle uh police were warning that they could have a weapon uh we’ll keep you updated i’m Neil Berg reporting for eye news dot tv
