BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Department is warning people north of Bemidji they may have to evacuate a wildfire area.
we have an update regarding this wildfire just north of bemidji uh this all began about 3 15 p.m on this tuesday afternoon we have multiple ground crews on the scene and air support now in the area it sounds like three planes and a helicopter uh battling this wildfire uh the sheriff’s department is uh warning people in the area they may need to evacuate uh saying in a message the area south of jack pine road west that’s west of cardinal and east of eccles road north of uh balsam are requested to avoid the area and prepare to evacuate air fighting efforts are battling a wildfire in this area if you voluntarily evacuate go directly south of this area again uh this is south of jack pine road west of cardinal road and east of eccles road north sheriff’s department warning people you may need to evacuate we’ll try to keep you updated on this i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

no it was 2 choppers. 3 planes. and that big Yellow belly dump plane. just came from there as i live close. pretty much under control now
Mr. Carlson… Perhaps you could give us an idea of which direction the fire is/was traveling… And, (I'm not sure if the officials released this) speed of travel would be great to know as well…
