NORTHWOOD, ND (trfnews.i234.me) BCI investigators are on the scene of a Sunday night shooting in Northwood, North Dakota. One person was apparently shot in the chest. The investigation is underway at a residence on the 200 block of Lander Avenue in Northwood. Northwood police officer says there is no danger to the public.
we have a report of a gunshot victim in Northwood North Dakota Sunday evening just southwest of Grand Forks at this point we’ve deleted the specific address from the emergency call until we know more here’s the first call that came in at 9:39 p.m. on Sunday evening North where the ambulance and fire can you respond to the first subject who’s been shot in the upper right chest area do have a pulse but there is some agonal breathing then just a couple minutes later it sounded like the situation had gone from bad to worse fire and EMS second pay for a gunshot victim we are starting CPR it looks like they have stopped breathing at this time Neil Berg here in Northwood and once again you’re only northern valley news source on the scene now as you just heard from that dispatcher call we had a report of a person who was shot in the chest last night CPR had been started no official word yet from authorities on the outcome of all that but I can tell you this Monday morning investigators are on the scene we just talked with the officer here no information is being released yet so at this point we don’t know if there was anyone else involved in this shooting or if it was accidental or otherwise we’ll have an update from the scene as soon as any new information is available I’m Neil Berg reporting from Northwood north dakota for i news TV
