Urgent Update: Arrest Made in Moorhead Taxi Driver Murder Case

MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Police say a suspect in the murder of a taxi driver in Moorhead was arrest in Fargo this Wednesday evening.
we have an update regarding the murder of a taxi driver in moorhead around 3 30 a.m on this wednesday while police have now identified the victim as 24 year old abdulhai abdul hai inews has now learned that fargo police about 30 minutes before this happened also took a call about a cab driver being at least threatened with a gun here’s a bit of that radio traffic around three a.m this morning the native american male 20 is dressed in all black pulled the gun on the driver and left he was laughing running behind the address there 20 minute delay in 1942 70 south cargo now moorhead police say the suspect has been arrested the willie sparkman was taken into custody this evening through a joint investigation with the fargo police department while moorhead was investigating the murder fargo was investigating cases of robbery through a collaborative investigation involving multiple departments sparkman was able to be taken into custody without incident the shooting occurred during a planned robbery and it was determined the suspect and victim did not know each other sparkman is currently being held at the cass county jail a long form complaint will be filed with the clay county attorney’s office for the following charges second degree unintentional murder while committing a felony in first degree aggravated robbery the morehead police department was assisted by the clay county sheriff’s office the minnesota bureau of criminal apprehension and farco police department more information will be available tomorrow so homicide suspect is arrested in fargo tonight 18 year old willie sparkman of fargo i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
