OTTER TAIL LAKE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) One man was killed and another man was arrested for Criminal Vehicular Homicide, after his boat crashed into a parked boat Saturday afternoon.

we have an update regarding a boat crash on ottertail lake saturday afternoon this in from the sheriff’s department who says they received a call of a serious boat crash on the east side of ottertail lake at 3 23 p.m saturday initial reports indicated an adult male was unaccounted for the sheriff’s office henning ambulance undertale rescue and minnesota state patrol responded to the scene just prior to first responders arrival the adult male was located by several neighbors that rushed to the sea to provide assistance and render aid once ems and law enforcement arrived on the scene neil baker was pronounced deceased further investigation determined neil baker 52 of east ellison minnesota had just returned to his dock after he and several family members had been out on the water several family members had exited the boat while neil baker and his wife remained in the boat organizing its contents and securing it to the dock while doing so charles grameth 73 of roseville minnesota struck the park boat at a high rate of speed uh baker and his wife were thrown from the boat into the water charles gramath is the neighbor directly to the north of the uh baker’s lake property charles gramath was later placed under arrest for criminal vehicular homicide the investigation is ongoing i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
