UPDATE: Red Lake River Drowning Victim Identified

RED LAKE FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The victim of a Saturday drowning on the Red Lake River by Red Lake Falls, Minnesota has been identified as 24-year old Nestor Mendoza Chua Jr.. He was a Grand Forks Airman from Anchorage, Alaska.

  1. I remember watching him grow up; he was always doing things his own way. He would try different things, but when he found something he was passionate about, he would always excel. I often worried he wouldn't find his way to becoming what he had the potential to be, but I know in my heart he achieved the kind of character that he could be proud of, I am proud of him and what he was able become, though I never got to see him again to see the type of person he had become in person, I hope I can inspire people like he did. He was my cousin and he is my hero. I love and miss ya, kid.
