Too many drivers in Bemidji do not follow driving rules. They run stop signs; turn left into oncoming traffic because they seem to not know how to do a square left turn without cutting into incoming lanes; they ignore Yield signs by turning left into traffic that has the right of way to go straight or turn right; and even just change lanes without looking. Too many are on their phones and not paying attention to driving.
The bad driving is horrible, and now someone was killed. Heartbreaking.
