WALSH COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have more details regarding a suspect attacking a Walsh County, North Dakota Deputy Tuesay afternoon. Andrew Mattson is being held on half a dozen felony charges.
We have an update on this uh suspect attacking a deputy north of Mento on Highway 81 on uh Tuesday afternoon. The suspect is Andrew Matson of St. Thomas, North Dakota. He’s currently being held in the Walsh County Jail in Grafton on this uh Wednesday morning. Uh a new booking photo isn’t available yet. Here’s an earlier one. Uh this was apparently a rolling domestic violence incident. Got into an argument with a family member. He’s being held on uh charges, felony charges of domestic violence, aggravated assault, two counts of terrorizing, reckless endangerment, assault of a peace officer, contact by bodily fluids, and unlawful entry in a vehicle. Again, this all ended on uh Highway 81 north of Mento on Tuesday afternoon. Matson has a fairly extensive criminal history. More details when formal charges are filed. Bob Carlson fornews.tv.
