In a post from the Woodlake, Minnesota Fire Department on Friday evening, uh they were escorting the cross country athletes between Wood Lake and Cottonwood and the game ball of to Cottonwood for the Friday night football game uh when there was a tragic crash. Georgia Marshall. This is actually going to be in yellow county on 160th and 490th and I’ll be out. Just be advised this is involving a Woodlake fire truck. >> As I just heard from the trooper, um one’s an adult and one’s a small child. >> And now this from the Minnesota State Patrol who uh has a update on the crash saying there was at least one fatality. This happened at uh 6:20 p.m. just north of Cottonwood. Uh the driver was a 37year-old male from Wood Lake. Also involved in the crash, a passenger, a six-year-old male from Wood Lake, and another 43year-old adult male, all from Wood Lake. Again, the patrol says fatality is involved in this crash. No further information. Uh identifications uh will be released at 2:00 on this Saturday afternoon. Uh we’ll have that for you as soon as it’s released. Bob Carlson fornews.tv.
