UPDATE: Suspect in Bismarck Shot After Police Chase on Saturday Night

BISMARCK, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A suspect was shot following a pursuit in Bismarck, North Dakota Saturday evening. He survived.
this update now regarding that Pursuit and shooting in Bismarck uh Kyle Johnson 34 is in custody after an officer-involved shooting in South Bismarck this Saturday at 6 31 PM Burley County deputies were in pursuit of a vehicle fleeing at a high rate of speed that was heading toward Bismarck the vehicle eventually came into the Bismarck where Bismarck police officers assisted deputies the suspect vehicle eventually stopped in South Bismarck near Ivy Avenue South Washington Street Johnson exited the vehicle with a handgun and officers fired at the suspect Johnson sustained a non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital before being booked into the Burley Morton Detention Center on charges of fleeing reckless endangerment a warrant and an additional felony warrant through Burley County for possession with intent to deliver meth with a dangerous weapon one officer was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries all officers have been placed on administrative leave per department policies the North Dakota Bureau of criminal investigation has been called in to investigate I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
