FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Fargo Police have arrested 23-year-old DeMarcos Shawn Rapley following a shooting that occurred on Saturday evening at the VIP Barber Shop on the 700 block of South 45th Street. The incident stemmed from an argument between two acquaintances, which escalated to one person being shot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
Police arrived at the scene around 7:00 p.m. and later tracked Rapley to his residence on the 4,000 block of 34th Avenue South. He was arrested at 8:00 p.m. and is now held on charges of aggravated assault with a weapon and reckless endangerment.
