WARREN, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A judge has rejected a plea deal in the sentencing of Anders Odegaard of Warren, Minnesota. He’s charged with beating to death his wife in front of their children in August of 2022.
a sentencing hearing for Anders odor guard of war in Minnesota was to be held on this Tuesday Morning the judge rejected the plea agreement and uh that sentencing is now on hold I just talked with the county attorney anandal who says the plea agreement was rejected because the victim’s parents were not notified of the plea agreement before it was filed uh Anders Odegaard is charged with beating to death his wife Carissa in August of 2022 in front of their children now the County Attorney also tells me that Odegaard made some disturbing statements and so now a psychological evaluation has been ordered so we’ll wait and see what comes back on that psychological evaluation and then there could be another possible plea agreement met or the case could come up for trial but for now now that sentencing of Anders Odegaard is on hold as he goes through a psychological evaluation I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
