BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Texas man, charged in connection to the alleged rape of a young girl in Bemidji, Minnesota last September is scheduled to appear in court today. The case is moving forward with 1 suspect, after a dozen illegal immigrant were detained at the time of Oscar Luna’s arrest.
Neil Berg here early on a Tuesday morning just rolled through buiji Minnesota where Oscar Luna a Texas man is scheduled to make an appearance in Beltrami County court today in connection to the rape of a young girl in buiji last September now I’m told today’s hearing is simply about an Evidence uh matter and the uh uh case against Luna is moving forward no new major development and all this uh we’ll have an update if anything significant changes uh also in connection to this case if you remember at the time uh Luna was arrested uh 12 illegal immigrants were also arrested and now as of now there is no new evidence and no charges against those folks who were detained at the time Luna was arrested it’s simply a case of uh a criminal sexual conduct charge against Oscar Luna moving for forward again if anything changes we’ll keep you updated I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me

So just heard Oscar is being let free today in a few hours, you going to be there today? The evidence and DNA didn’t match Oscar so the scumbag that did this to the girl is still running around your community.
