Torres isn't alive to testify if what she says is even true, sounds like she's trying to get her friend Ahmed out of being charged, did this woman even have any bruises or the like proving her statements?
She could be lieing through her teeth.
Either way this guy had no right to take the law into his hands.
He should be charged with 1st degree murder and get life without parole.
