we have new developments in a major north dakota drug trafficking case that allegedly brought thousands of m-30 fentanyl pills into north dakota charges were originally filed in griggs county district court in cooperstown the second suspect in this case tiffany tremberth with addresses of hannaford and a bismarck on court documents was arrested in barnes county monday and as of this tuesday she was in the barnes county jail in valley city for background on this case here’s our report from march 26th this story began earlier this week with our report that started in mandan with the arrest of a california man we’ve had a major drug bust that appears to have stopped the delivery of thousands of fentanyl lace pills into north dakota every month this man rufus brown of bakersfield california is now facing drug trafficking charges in an investigation with ties to mandan and cooperstown in griggs county according to court records on march 18th a search warrant was executed at brown’s room at the baymont hotel in mandan officers allegedly found 250 m-30 fentanyl pills six thousand eight hundred sixty dollars in cash and an assault style 12-gauge shotgun but the big prize for agents was a u.s post office tracking receipt found in the search that led to the greeks county sheriff out of cooperstown picking up a package that contained 2 000 fentanyl pills and two pounds of meth and under questioning uh brown allegedly admitted to selling 8 000 fentanyl pills in north dakota just since january first he said he makes a ten dollar profit on each of those bills at this point rufus brown has been charged with two class a felony counts of conspiracy to deliver fentanyl pills and meth each of those charges carries a maximum sentence of 20 years and now the complaint against tiffany tremberth of hannaford alleges she conspired with brown to receive 2 000 fentanyl pills and 2 pounds of meth for delivery at her grandmother’s house in greece county court records don’t indicate a specific address again that was our report from march 26th on this april 19th tiffany tremberth has been arrested and is currently in the barnes county jail in valley city awaiting her first court appearance meanwhile the charges against rufus brown have been moved out of griggs county into federal court more on this case is it develops i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv

  1. Yeah that what happen when they don’t close the border between Mexico and United States! Drug dealers will always be a drug dealer. After he gets out of jail he’ll do it again!
