The person who Jumped off the bridge was a Minor male who tried to time the jump so the traffic would run him over. I have pic but it is bloody.
On June 6th or 15th, I was driving south to Minneapolis. As I got towards Pete's Place South I noticed someone standing on the Carr Lake Road overpass. I noticed right away that it was an odd situation. This person was just standing there, looking down at the highway. My first thought was that they were thinking about jumping. I pulled into Pete's Place and called 911. Dispatcher said they were going to send an officer to check on them. It was around 8am, several cars driving by. I think I was the only one who called 911.
