COTTONWOOD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A passenger was killed in a fire truck rollover near Cottonwood, Minnesota Friday night. Another 6 year old male passenger suffered life threatening injuries. The driver also suffered life threatening injuries in what the State Patrol says was an alcohol involved crash.
We have an update regarding the fatal crash of a fire truck from Wood Lake, Minnesota down in south southwest Minnesota. This happened at 6:40 p.m. on Friday. Uh the fire truck had escorted athletes from Wood Lake to Cottonwood and on its return to Wood Lake at 6:40 p.m. just north of Cottonwood, the fire truck rolled. Uh the driver of 37year-old Andrew William Vanhi of Wood Lake suffered life-threatening injuries. The patrol says alcohol involved. His passengers uh 43year-old Patrick Steven Ryinger of Wood Lake was killed. No alcohol involved. The second passenger, a six-year-old uh juvenile male, suffered life-threatening injuries. No alcohol involved. Again, a passenger in that crash, 43y old Patrick Stephen Rehinger of Woodlake, Minnesota, was killed. I’m Bob Carlson reporting for Newswe.
