This should have been reported better Neil..like use "mobility scooter" otherwise it sounds like someone in Ely was crazy enough to be driving a gas powered scooter in the wintertime and Marjorie couldn't get away from the fire for some reason
… Can battery powered mobility scooters start on fire from cigarettes ? Doubtful…im thinking the facility doesnt want to be sued for having a faulty hoverround that she was sitting in .
