UPDATE: Identity of Driver in Fatal Pembina County Crash Released

PEMBINA COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the driver in a fatal, 2-vehicle crash in Pembina County early Wednesday morning.
the North Dakota Highway Patrol has now identified the driver killed in a crash between a Chevy Avalanche and beat truck at 4 30 a.m Wednesday up in Pembina County North Dakota this was six miles Southwest of Glaston the patrol says the deceased driver of a Chevy Avalanche was a 35 year old Kyle Watts of Drayton North Dakota the driver of the truck 31 year old Ty Smith from Broken Arrow Oklahoma suffered minor injuries the patrol says the Chevy Avalanche driven by uh Watts was Westbound and slowed to uh and slowly veered into the eastbound Lane of traffic on pemina County Road number three the driver of the truck uh Ty Smith was coming from a field loaded with sugar beets traveling eastbound on pemina County three Smith was struck by the Avalanche in the eastbound Lane on the passenger side of the Avalanche uh Watts was ejected and both the Avalanche and farm truck were engulfed in flames I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
