the trial / hearing for Timothy Holmes and Polk County district court on this Monday morning surrounded by heavy security turned out to be much ado about nothing several dozen supporters who claim the system is corrupt were on hand but the man of the hour Timothy Holmes Seth didn’t show up but so what happened in court today mr. Rasmussen called the case and mr. Holmes didn’t show up today so she just is issued a bodily attachment warrant to bring him forth for trial okay so they issued an arrest one yep is he hiding I have no idea okay so for now it’s on hold until he’s brought into custody right for more background on this story check our earlier stories on this Monday I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV

please keep us updated on this – & if you get any info on the bench warrant. I saw a video last year where he videoed himself going to the courthouse, & he was stopped by local cops to delay him. One would think he would have been livestreaming this appearance too. Do you know if his lawyer was there – & if he could be interviewed? thanks

I guess I think different from most of the comments here. Heās been talking about this day a lot, hundred or more showed up in support of him & he knew they were coming, yet he rudely didnāt bother to show. You canāt solve a problem by running from it & seems youād only run if you were guilty of something. Iām done listen to his whines, show up & fight or slither away. How much money were these supporters out & does he even care.
His lawyer advised him he didn't have to be at 8:30 hearing..to only be at 9:00 one..so he didnt show for the 9:00 one???
