CROOKSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) There was heavy security around the Polk County Courthouse in Crookston, Minnesota Monday morning. But the man scheduled to go on trial, Timothy Holmseth didn’t show up.

His lawyer advised him he didn't have to be at 8:30 hearing..to only be at 9:00 one..so he didnt show for the 9:00 one???
I guess I think different from most of the comments here. He’s been talking about this day a lot, hundred or more showed up in support of him & he knew they were coming, yet he rudely didn’t bother to show. You can’t solve a problem by running from it & seems you’d only run if you were guilty of something. I’m done listen to his whines, show up & fight or slither away. It says “ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS, CELL PHONES OR CAMERAS ALLOWED IN BUILDING”, …yet attorney “Ronald Galstad”, I’m defiance of that clear order, Galstad whipped out his cell phone to film Timothy Holmseth’s family as they stood up and quietly lfiled out of the courtroom. please keep us updated on this – & if you get any info on the bench warrant. I saw a video last year where he videoed himself going to the courthouse, & he was stopped by local cops to delay him. One would think he would have been livestreaming this appearance too. Do you know if his lawyer was there – & if he could be interviewed? thanks
