BREAKING NEWS, Report of Gas Leak at Simplot in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding an Ammonia leak at the Simplot plant in Grand Forks Monday morning.

The Grand Forks Fire Department responded to a call regarding an ammonia leak at a Simplot location on Gateway Drive. Fortunately, upon arrival, they found that Simplot employees had already successfully contained the leak. Fire crews proceeded to ventilate the building and ensure the air quality before employees were allowed back to work. Thankfully, no injuries were reported. The Grand Forks Police and Altru Ambulance assisted in the incident.
