UPDATE: Grand Forks Police Lift Shelter In Place, Suspect Not Found

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Police have lifted a “Shelter in Place” alert for a Grand Forks neighborhood. The main suspect they were trying to locate wasn’t found.

Police in Grand Forks, North Dakota cleared a scene at a brick apartment building where they were searching for high-risk suspect Omar Martinez, who was wanted in connection with a shooting incident on Sunday. Although Martinez was not found, another person was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Witnesses reported hearing shots and seeing drones in the air during the police operation. The Tactical Team was brought out to try and make an arrest.
