we have an update now regarding this case out of shell valley just west of bell court in a housing development eye news told you about thursday night a the victim rosemary guterres was found lying in a ditch thursday morning she’s in the hospital in minot in very serious condition i just talked with her aunt who says she was undergoing surgery this morning on our earlier story the victim’s aunt tamra dakota sheds more light on guterres’s terrible injuries now as of this friday afternoon i haven’t been able to talk with belcourt police yet but this morning i reached out to the fbi and uh received a message back that they too have just learned of this case but the fbi is now involved in this case so at this point the victim rosemary guterres remains in very serious condition in minot and the fbi is now involved in this case uh we’ll bring you uh more details and information as soon as we get it i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
