MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Authorities have made a significant breakthrough in the Moorhead shootout investigation with the arrest of a second suspect. The Metro Street Crimes Task Force apprehended 24-year-old Markees Dempsey of Fargo in connection to the violent incident that occurred on August 7 in the 1000 block of 14th Street South, just south of MSUM.

Dempsey was taken into custody in Fargo and is currently being held at the Cass County Jail. He faces serious charges, including aiding and abetting attempted murder, assault with a firearm, and burglary. The arrest marks a crucial step forward in bringing justice to those involved in the dangerous shootout.

    Good thing he was IN HIS house, otherwise he could've been guilty too. Minnesota now has a "duty to retreat" law.

    A guy walking by US Bank Stadium was threatened by 3 people (1 showed a knife). He felt threatened & pulled out his own knife, now HE'S being charged.
