FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Fargo Police have identified a woman who was wanted on outstanding warrants and jumped into the Red River early Wednesday morning.
We have an update to our report of a woman jumping into the Red River in Fargo at 12:21 a.m. on this Wednesday. >> Respond to the first Avenue Bridge near the Red River for a female that jumped into the river 208 PD. >> This now in from Lieutenant Aberly of Fargo Police. Uh while in the vicinity of the Red River for another call about 12:07 a.m. on Wednesday uh this September 21st, officer noticed Shelby Goodman walking near the 1st Avenue North Bridge. The officer confirmed that Goodman, a 24year-old Fargo resident, had several warrants for her arrest. The officer then approached Goodman, who fled on foot and entered the river. Goodman eventually stopped fleeing and was removed from the river with the assistance of Fargo Fire Department. She was transported to local healthc care facility to be medically cleared prior to being transported to the Cass County Jail. Bob Carlson fornews.tv.
