we now have an update to our story about 44 year old Douglas Carr who was arrested in Erskine Minnesota earlier this week he’s now been charged in Detroit Lakes in a Becker County Court a 44 year old Douglas David Carr address listed as Frazee is facing 11 counts of criminal sexual conduct to varying degrees in Becker County according to court documents between 2005 and 2011 he committed sexual acts on two victims who were under the age of 16. during one incident the victim told authorities that Carr said following a sexual assault quote to not cry or tell your mom unquote the charges include seven counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct those charges carry a maximum of 30 years in prison the other four counts are for second-degree criminal sexual conduct which carry a maximum sentence each of 25 years in prison I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
