UPDATE: Deadly Snowmobile Accident, Stolen Sled Recovered from Scene

BELTRAMI COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update on what was a fatal crash between a semi and snowmobile northwest of Bemidji, Minnesota. The driver has been identified and the Sheriff’s Office now says one of the victim’s family member’s snowmobiles was stolen from the scene.
we have an update regarding that last Sunday afternoon crash between a snowmobile and semi-trailer Northwest of Bemidji or seven miles Northwest of Seoul way on the Sioux Line snowmobile trail it was fatal uh taking the life of a 49 year old woman from Stephen Minnesota and if that wasn’t enough a snowmobile was stolen following that fatal crash this from the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office several hours after the crash family and friends of the victim returned to the area to recover snowmobiles that had been left at the scene unfortunately one of the snowmobiles belonging to the family of the deceased was stolen the stolen snowmobile was parked on the Beltrami County side of the border and deputies immediately began searching for the stolen snowmobile deputies followed tracks leading west from the scene and follow followed up on several leads that evening with assistance from the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office on February 20th a search warrant was executed at two rural addresses in Dudley Township near Leonard where snowmobile tracks matching the snow stolen snowmobile led the stolen snowmobile was located at one of the residences and charges are pending on a male and female for felony theft Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office took possession of the snowmobile and returned it to the owner I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

  2. Wow. The people that stole that sled are not worthy of oxygen. Please, post there name so justice can be served.
    Posters of such scumbags should be spread around the local area, so that they can deal with the consequences of there actions.
