we have an update regarding our story on Monday afternoon of a female victim texting for help 41-year-old Timothy Sanchez senior of krton is now facing criminal charges according to court documents the female victim stated they had been arguing and she had been uh when she placed the kids in the car he took off driving before she had the door closed sanser stated uh he wished she would have fallen out of the car when they got back to the apartment he allegedly slapped her in the face with an open hand then pushed her on the floor straddling her and pushing his bald fist against her throat so she couldn’t breathe she says she nearly passed out the victim stated he does this so he doesn’t leave hand marks on her neck she got into the bathroom and texted help to a relative who called police Sanchez has been charged with the trio of felonies pattern of stalking conduct by committing two or more domestic violence acts within 5 years plus two felony charges of domestic assault by strangulation and domestic assault I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
