UPDATE: Cloquet, Minnesota Shooter Had Meth In His System & Talking Monsters
CLOQUET, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Clouquet, Minnesota Police Chief has an update regarding a January 9th shooting incident that left 3 people dead. The Chief says the shooter had meth in his system and was talking about monsters.

Meth some can do it and can walk away,but some are hooked from there first time using it and life just Snowballs in to a full tilt uncontrollable frenzy that is (incredible to observe)and not be able to Stop the TrainWreck that’s going to happen
