GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding our report of a man forcing a victim to drive from Grand Forks, North Dakota to East Grand Forks, Minnesota last Friday. Russell Fahlstrom has now been charged with Terrorizing in North Dakota.

well, at least he was nice enough to let his victim stop by the house… [lol]. Good on the guy & his wife for being able to deal & not get hurt until backup came.
