UPDATE: Chaos Ensues During a Wild Weekend in Cavalier County-Langdon, North Dakota

LANGDON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) It was a busy Fourth of July weekend for law enforcement and medical responders in Cavalier County, North Dakota.
we have an update now on what was a wild weekend for the cavalier county uh sheriff’s department and medical responders this in from the sheriff’s department out of langdon we’ll start on july 4th um severe injuries to an arm on a male sounds like it might be a firework incident at 10 39 p.m the sheriff’s office responded to a residence in the 600 block of first street in langdon for a report of a male who was severely bleeding from the arm short time later a deputy arrived at the residence it was determined that the male was lighting fireworks and had fallen down when the male fell down he had been cut by a piece of glass which causes a fear cut to his arm a tourniquet was applied to the mail until langdon area ambulance arrived on the scene the mail was uh transported to the prairie health hospital alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incident and this morning at 4 00 am on this tuesday morning cavalier sheriff’s office received a call from langdon area ambulance service again we need an ambulance at the olga turn off our unit has totaled out by hitting a deer it was reported one of their ambulances struck a deer on highway five uh at approximately mile marker 294 while doing a patient transfer to another hospital a second ambulance arrived on scene to finish the transfer the ambulance received disabling damage due to the uh accident no injuries were reported and then this morning at 4 37 a.m cavalier county sheriff’s office and the langdon ambulance was dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of third street in langdon it was reported that a male was unresponsive in the residence short time later a deputy and ambulance staff arrived on scene the male was given medical care and transported to langdon prairie health hospital alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incident and also on this tuesday at 5 24 a.m cavalier county sheriff’s office responded to levers foods in langdon it was reported that the glass door on the business was smashed in a short time later deputies arrived on the scene after the investigation it was determined that the business was burglarized at approximately 11 30 p.m on july 4th there was between three to four thousand dollars in cash stolen from the business at approximately a 9 30 a.m today a 16 year old juvenile was taken into custody regarding the incident the stolen property was also recovered charges are currently pending in juvenile court i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv
