Cass County, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — In the early hours of Sunday, a violent incident unfolded inside the Old Broadway bar in downtown Fargo. According to police reports, 28-year-old Daniel Charles Scott allegedly assaulted a man in the men’s restroom, striking him on the back of the head. The victim turned to see Scott, who then reportedly fired three to four shots at him. The victim sustained a head injury, possibly from a grazing bullet, and fled the scene. Outside the bar, Scott allegedly fired two more rounds and demanded the victim’s gold chain.
Fargo Police arrested Scott later that morning during a traffic stop. He faces multiple felony charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated reckless endangerment, unlawful possession of a firearm, and violation of a protection order.
