  1. This storm is going to add significant moisture quantity to the snow/water content that will affect the coming flood throughout the Red River basin.. The NWS has nothing new after March 30. They have AHPS and that is it. The NWS wants no one to panic. Same as 1997. Best wishes for the next 24-48 hours.
