GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding a pursuit that ended by “The Ralph” hockey arena in Grand Forks Monday morning. Paul F. Smith of Grand Forks is now facing a long list of criminal charges. Officers also seized drugs and evidence of drug trafficking, including a list of clients.
