My friend Joseph Christopher Lee is missing from Williston, ND since 6/13. I became aware that due to alleged crystal meth use, ( likely true), that it’s difficult to imagine the mindset of a person in this lifestyle. However, I am an outsider and I can see that Meth is big money out there. People might be offended, but I recently read about WWII and how Meth was given to most German soldiers and I think it’s probable that other military forces did similar things. My point is, Meth isn’t a Transient population problem, it’s a family problem, workforce problem, economic problem, etc. One thing is certain if we don’t have a plan to rid the communities of the influx of these drugs and if we don’t construct activities for the younger population that is a majority of the population, we will all suffer from this Cancer
