when fishing big lakes paying attention to wind is highly important. I see this on Erie every year.
They should all be fine 5K if they haven’t learned by now they never will stupid I 🎣 myself, but I’m not stupid about it
I was at Upper Red Lake on Sunday December 17 2023. The ice was unsafe even though it was thick. You could see where it would crack and heave pushing big chunks under the ice. I was driven out on a wheeler and the ice was literally cracking under us. I did not even get a line wet and i got the heck out of there. When i get home (5 hours later) i see this story and i was like yup and its going to keep happening but NOT with this guy!
These fools need to be charged for getting rescued plane and simple
Who pays for the rescue?🤨🤨🤨
Send them a bill.
Should each get a fine or bill of 500 to recoup some of the cost for rescue, this is what there starting to do with lost hikers
DING DONG DING DONG.
This happens every year! Really why aren’t the resorts stopping them from going out??? Oh of course…money!!!
It's always the same ppl. Red lake should shut the lake down again until these greedy ppl learn a lesson. Red Lake shut it down to outsiders and when you open it back up none of the ppl who got rescued should be allowed back on the lake period. And now crashing planes into the lake messing up the lake.
